I've purchased two of these now as well as number of other monitor arms ranging in price from 20.00 (monoprice) to 300.00 and this one is by far the easiest to set up. It's literally 4 or 5 pieces. The height adjustment is smooth and easy to control though you should know that most systems like this one rely on the weight of the monitors as a counter weight to it's internal springs. I say this because if you purchase two LED monitors they may not weigh enough even at the stand's lowest settings. Meaning that the monitors will always be in the highest position. It's very stable thanks to it's very large footprint. My one real gripe is the lack of any real cable management features.
