nMedia Black HTPC 2000B Desktop Media Center HTPC Case Review

I bought this case for the my HTPC after a lot of research. I had an older AMD 4400+ processor on an Asus sckt 939 motherboard and didn't feel I needed to go far above that to get a movie play-back product.

The chassis is relatively decent, the fans are quiet enough and there is enough room for a full height video card. I can easily fit my 8800 GTS 512MB in it and my 750W PC Power and Cooling PSU also fits, although the cabling causes a tighter fit than I would otherwise like.

The interior definitely has some sharp edges but since you can take most of the case apart, it is not a big concern. The front LCD does NOT come with the case. Please make sure you do your research on this item. I purchased it separately.

The front is relatively clean and the drive is hidden, as well as the ports. Note however, if you have an optical drive that has a front bezel that sticks out, the upper panel will NOT close flush. You need to ensure you use a device which has flat fron with no extruding bezel parts.

All in all, a decent case, slightly larger than my receiver and doing exactly what I needed to at a very attractive price. Not perfect by any means but more than adequate for most people.

Xerox DocuMate 632 Duplex 40 PPM 80 IPM VRS PDF (XDM6325D-WU) Review

First of all the positives about this scanner.
1. It's fast. Very fast. Whether simplex or duplex.
2. High quality scans.
3. Easy to install.

Now for the negatives:
1. If the paper is not "fresh off the printer/copier" and in absolute PERFECT form, the ADF will jam EVERYTIME. Not only does it jam, it wads your original into a tight, crinkled up ball of paper.
If the originals were stapled together...forget about it. You have to remove the staple, copy the first page, and then run it through this scanner.

Although it is very fast (if you can get it to accept the originals), this is negated by the many trips to the copier to freshen up the first page.

This is my biggest negative and the main reason for such a low rating.

2. The ADF cannot auto-detect legal size documents. This makes it difficult to scan files that have a mixture of letter and legal.

This is a good sized bag. The dimensions are true (17 x 13 x 5in).
It has the capacity to hold quite a bit inside. It has multiple card (5x), pens/pencils(3x), and wallet sized pockets on one side of its interior, with a large zippered pocket above. There is also a key holder in the form of a metal loop at the side of the multiple card pockets.
On the outer side is another large pocket that expands. It's about the size of a large tablet reader (Kindle, etc), or rather the size of which could hold one.
On the bottom of the bag are 5 little 'feet', on each corner and one in the middle. This is a nice perk since there are some floors that are of questionable cleanliness that you wouldn't want to rest a nice bag on.
The leather is very soft and the texture unique. On it's own and without stuff inside, the bag/leather itself is light.
It comes with a storage bag for you to put it in when not in use. This black storage bag is of the same material as the reusable shopping bags. It is screen printed in white with the brand name.
The accompanying tag describes its 'unique' qualities and care instructions.
I would recommend purchasing a black leather protectant creme/cleaner, as the information tag asks that you don't expose it to moisture, harsh weather conditions, or rough surfaces.

I had to return this bag to Amazon because it was too small for my use. I also feared I'd be too rough in my handling of it.
Otherwise, it definitely is made of black leather.
