Just putting these back in the envelope to send back. I have a MacBook Pro mid 2010 7.1 2.44Ghz core duo. NVIDIA processor. It is Apple certified that 16 gigs will work in THIS 2010 model ONLY. These Nemix sticks did not work unfortunately. Black screen on startup. However, Nemix tech support was extremely friendly and after a little trouble shooting that didn't pan out told me to send them in for a refund. Nice company, these modules aren't up to Apple specs is all. Apple's are extremely picky on what products work with their computers so it doesn't surprise me.

I gave them 3 stars because ultimately the company was very helpful and professional. But they should work with apple on how compatible their products are with their computers. Other World Computing does this and have a stellar reputation for selling products that work flawlessly with Apple. I do cut them slack on this though since my model is bizzarely the only mid 2010 capable of taking 16 gigs. The others aren't.
