I have a Toshiba X505-Q880. I decided to upgrade its tiny solid state boot drive with the OCZ 240GB Agility 2. The first unit I received had a glitch, and could not be cloned using the instructions provided by Acronis. The OCZ technical staff responded to me quickly, asked only as many questions as was necessary to confirm that the drive was indeed faulty, then issued an RMA number and shipped a new drive the same day they received mine in their offices. This drive installed flawlessly, cloned perfectly, and runs faster than the original.

You might wonder why I gave this SSD 5 stars, when the first drive I received was flawed. Frankly, to me, that's a shoulder shrug. There is no such thing as 100 percent reliability in manufacturing. Glitches happen. However, when things go wrong -- and they always will -- you want to know that you are dealing with manufacturers who live up to their promises of outstanding customer support. OCZ really came through for me.
