I ordered 2 of these items. No where on the site does it say they are just refilled. One had toner all over it and the box. There is toner in the used toner holder. The second one is also covered in toner and the electronic part that plugs in to the back of the machine is broken. Beware these are used pieces of junk and going back. Really sorry I wasted my time ordering them.
