I never post reviews and I felt compelled to post on this computer in order to raise it's score from three stars to four, noticing that only two people have posted thus far. I consider myself an extremely discerning consumer. I do excessive amounts of research before I make a purchase and after reviewing several options in the 'Ultrabook' category, which included the Apple MacBook Air, I decided to go with the Yoga 13. My version is the same as this one, except I have 8 GB ram. I'm not going to go on and on about specifics because it's unnecessary. This product is extremely well designed and the materials are high quality. It far exceeds my expectations and I literally look forward to using it on a daily basis. When I first used the computer, I had major issues with the touchpad zooming unexpectedly and skipping to new programs, but unlike many people who have issues and post negative feedback, I did a little research and realized that the touchpad can be easily configured and now it works exactly how I expect. I only hope for two improvements in the future.

1. A higher resolution screen. This screen has an incredible picture and an appropriate resolution, but I'd prefer to have my icons just a tad smaller on the desktop.

2. SSD should expand storage. They are now coming out with 512 GB+ storage devices. I'd be willing to spend a premium for the extra storage. My solution? I bought a Netgear WNDR4500 router and hooked up a 1TB Western Digital hard drive to my network. I save files I absolutely need to access to my Yoga and the rest go onto the network. I added the network folders to my libraries in Windows 8, so when I am at home, it's as if the libraries are on the computer itself. It worked out pretty slick, but it'd still be nice to have more than 60GB free on the computer. I'm half temped to replace the solid state drive with a higher capacity, but we'll see what happens.

I use a Lenovo Thinkpad T410 at work and bought this computer for quality. It has the same level of quality as my work computer, but the Yoga is so much better for personal use. I HIGHLY recommend this computer to anyone on the fence with their decisions. It's the best computer I have owned and I have owned a lot of computers.
