I usually don't write many reviews, but, because of the lack of details for this item, I felt I can help other fellow geeks with my experience.
Pros:

1- 550W Power Supply, adequate power, with many SATA and IDE power connectors, 12 SATA and 3 IDE connectors, more than what is needed to power all the drives, Hard Drive and fans. (on ebay for example they sell it with only a 250w PS) - Note: data connectors are all SATA. IDE power is for fans and HD if needed.
2- 2 built in fans with power cords that you need to connect to IDE power in the power supply cables.
3- ACARD ARS-5107P PRO 1-7 Duplicator, newer model, fully featured good quality duplicator. This duplicator also does LightScribe, you can download the software from ACARD website.
4- Comes with all SATA data cables with various lengths, screws to install drives, basically all you need is bare drives, it also comes with power supply cable.
5- Metal case.
6- Easy to remove/cover un-used drive slots, plastic covers that click in, vs. some other you have to pry it out and won't go back in.
7- Recognized my 500GB SATA Drive immediately and formatted it successfully.

Cons:
1- Case is kind of flimsy, but, when you screw all the drives in, it becomes tight.
2- Power button on the bottom, nit picking, since my duplicator is on the ground.
3- I received the wrong item, but, chat-ed online with the company, and they sent me the right item fast.

Other thoughts:
I wanted to build a blu-ray duplicator, bought a bunch of oem burners from Amazon and this duplicator and all work great. It takes about 15 minutes to setup, but, I also build computers/servers, it could take you a bit longer.
Looking to adding a USB connector, so I can connect to computer to burn original.
