I was traveling abroad and my laptop screen got shattered. I started looking for a replacement laptop, and stumbled upon these replacement screens listed on Amazon.com, for under $100 including shipping. I ordered one and it arrived in three days. I'm not computer savvy but I was still able to replace it myself in about 15 minutes. It works perfectly and my computer is back to normal. I saved $500 by replacing the screen and NOT the whole laptop! I didn't have to go thru the trouble of moving all my files to a new computer either, which would have been a pain! I recommend this!
