I'm nearly halfway through my first box, and every cable has given me a reliable gigabit connection, even a couple runs where I thought shielding might be required.
The plastic tangle-guard had come apart during shipping, but once I opened the box and put it back together it's worked very well. Just be sure to keep the box upright (as shown in the photo) and pull slowly. For connectors, I've been using:
