I purchased this battery and I am extremely happy with it. I accidently left my laptop running on the battery overnight and much to my surprise, when I discovered what I had done I checked the battery life and still had over 50% remaining. Very satisfied. I was a little concerned when I opened the battery because it didn't say SONY on it, but I plugged it in and it worked, no problem. I had previously purchased a non SONY battery for my laptop from another online company only to find I had to modify the bios and remove some programs. The battery worked, but wouldn't charge.
