During our initial testing of the product, here is what we experienced:

* The ix2 products are Extremely easy to set up and use. I had my first unit setup and running within 15 minutes.
* With a unit configured as RAID 1, we simulated a drive failure and hot-swapped a drive. The unit automatically rebuilt the RAID array. The process was very easy.
* Pre-sales technical support was awesome. They answered all my technical and non technical questions. Very knowledgeable staff.
