Customer: I am looking for replacement clips for the 7000-T, these are small plastic clips that pinch the laptop to the cradle - is this something you sell? I purchased two 7000-Ts last year, and one of the clips broke.
LCDarms.com CSR: Unfortunately, we do not have replacement clips. If you purchased this last year, then you can send this laptop holder back to be repaired and we can fix it and ship it back to you
Customer: that seems kinda silly, considering the clips are removeable, and it would cost me a lot of money to ship the entire unit back just to have someone slide a clip onto it.
LCDarms.com CSR: Well, we do not have replacement clips for this. They are machined here in our workshop.
Customer: they are....plastic....they are injection molded, not machined.
