I purchased this MB for a customer that wanted a really hot workstation. It was built and performed well for 12 months and died. All hardware can fail so the more important thing about hardware is warranty and customer service.

Asus Customer service gets an F-.

I contacted them on a Tuesday for an RMA and cross shipment so I could get a replacement for my customer and get her up and running. They told me they would send me a credit authorization and cross shipment agreement. I waited till Thursday and contacted them again. I had to call back three times to finally get someone that told me they would send me the paperwork that was promised Tuesday. I filled it out and faxed to them Thursday morning. I waited till Friday noon to call again as I had not had a response to the papers I had sent. I was told that the papers had been received. I waited till Monday as said they take 24 to 48 hours to setup shipping. I called again and now have been told, they do not have the papers that Friday they said they had. This now totals a week without ASUS getting a replacement on its way to me. I had also authorized 2 day shipping for $20. That has done a lot of good. TEN days after first contact and they still have not shipped me a board.

I have a responsive business and cannot afford use suppliers that have a lack of response and have this LEVEL of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
