Prior to purchasing this I read all the reviews and I'm glad I did because it made me aware of the issue regarding the housing piece. So when I received it I reviewed it very carefully and compared my existing lamp to the new one including the housing and making sure the screws and the terminals all are aligned the same. The terminals in the back which connects the wire slightly different, I'd say .001 of a fraction different and it gave me a better idea of where the angle is of the difference so when I inserted the lamp, I do in a small angle based on the terminals and it went right in with no problems. Only took me less than 10 minutes. And so far it's been 2 weeks and it's working great. I'm hoping it will last me a long time so we'll see.
