The second one is also covered in toner and the electronic part that plugs in to the back of the machine is broken. Beware these are used pieces of junk and going back. I installed one of these on our HOA's main power panel. This panel was 3 Phase and provides power to large waterfall pump and the entry gates to the subdivision. The gate equipment has been previously hit by lightning and we wanted something to prevent that again. Contractors wanted $300-900 to install one of these devices and I knew it was cake to do it ourselves. This unit is well made and installation was a breeze. It's no more complicated then installing a breaker, 4 wires and you're done. Just be careful, turn off the panel, and use a meter to double check everything. LED is on and we hope it prevents any further problems.

Toshiba LX835-D3380 23-Inch All-in-One Desktop (Silver/Black) Review

My kids and I love this computer although it was hard to get used to the windows 8 and we are still confused by it. My biggest complaint is that the computer came pre-loaded with tons of software like norton, toshiba health, games app, etc. Within the first few weeks I started getting a "Windows is low on memory" warning. The computer has 8gb of RAM and I had nothing running at the time. I ended up having to pay $30 for clean up software to fix the warning. The computer basically came with errors in the registry and other places. I blame all the prepackaged "Crap" that was put on there.

Unfortunately it also came with a tiny scratch on the monitor, inside the glass so there was no fixing it and it was too small to return it for. You can only see it when there is a light background on the desktop.

Over all I love this computer and it is fast and fun to use. I have not tried gaming on it yet but plan to. If you decide to purchase it, be ready to also purchse clean up software to fix all the preloaded problems. Once that is on there, it didn't complain anymore and ran great.

Using in the living room in lieu of connecting my Mac Mini to the 50" LCD.

Color reproduction is accurate, web cam works even with the Mac. Dot pitch is poor, making small text a bit fuzzy (RDC window running at 1600x1080) but it is an inexpensive monitor. Viewing angles are fair. Tilt and telescoping are excellent, this is very hard to find in a monitor of this price.

Speakers are lousy and point to the rear, making the sound indirect. However, they are more than adequate for music, video, and FaceTime.

I'm super happy with the purchase, as it's best value for the under $200 price point.
